This project provides a number of medical PVC basic granulation production line automation solutions, set of fully automatic conveying, metering and feeding, proportioning and mixing as one of the large-scale system engineering. The vertical distance of material conveying is 15m, and the horizontal distance is up to 150m, which involves dozens of powder materials and a dozen of liquid materials, from design and planning, manufacturing and construction to commissioning are all completed independently by Lingdige Technology, which realizes the full-automatic and arbitrary selection of material formula for the customer for each extrusion line.
