Q1：How did you enter the industry and eventually decide to establish Lingood?
Review of the Establishment Process：
Looking back to the 1990s, China's manufacturing industry was just embarking on its journey, and the high-end equipment sector was still dominated by European, American and Japanese enterprises.A regular model loss-in-weight feeder is approximately 600,000 RMB. According to the market conditions at that time, 600,000 RMB could buy more than ten houses.
As there are various materials on each production line, each type of material requires a loss-in-weight feeder. Therefore, each production line needs at least three or even a dozen loss-in-weight feeders, and domestic enterprises can only purchase them from abroad
Seeing many small and medium-sized enterprises struggling due to equipment barriers, I led my team to get involved and developed the first loss-in-weight feeder in China in 1994. Its price was only one-tenth of that of foreign brands, which made it affordable for domestic small and medium-sized enterprises at that time.
The foundation of manufacturing：
At that time, I knew that the core technology must be in our own hands.Foreign companies also once hoped that I would give up my own brand and serve them, but I politely declined.Because I know that an enterprise without a "root" cannot go far.
This is also the original intention of my founding Lingood. The aim is to transform technology, faith and passion into systematic technical solutions to provide reliable choices for industry partners，and at the same time share my own strength with the domestic manufacturing industry.

Q3：What outstanding achievements has Lingood made in technological innovation？
Let me give a few simple examples：
（1）Digital loss-in-weight feeder：In terms of feeding accuracy, we can achieve ±0.2%, which is at the leading level internationally.In terms of operation, the errors caused by manual weighing can be overcome. Automatic weighing can be directly operated through the screen, avoiding the drawbacks of manual operation.At the same time, the reliability and stability of the equipment are much better than those of the ordinary loss-in-weight feeder.
（2）Automatic feeding station：Due to the fact that there are millions of raw materials, some of which are prone to corrosion or toxicity, if they come into contact with the eyes, it will harm the eyes. When inhaled through the nose during breathing, it will damage the respiratory tract. If they come into contact with the hands, they may ulcerate. Currently, most products on the market are unpacked manually. Lingood has overcome this technical challenge and does not require manual unpacking.
（3）Through Lingood Technology, the loss-in-weight feeder, feeding system and other equipment have been integrated into a fully automatic slurry blending production line, which is also a disruptive technological innovation. In recent years, the company has widely applied this technology in the new energy industry and has established cooperation with many leading domestic enterprises.
Q4：What role do you think Lingood Technology has played in the industry？
A disruptor of domestic substitution：
Lingood is a disruptor in domestic substitution and also an enabler of intelligent upgrading.In the past, the high-end equipment market was monopolized by European, American and Japanese enterprises, and domestic manufacturers could only do assembly.Through independent research and development, we have broken through a gap, making customers realize that domestic equipment can not only "replace imports", but also "surpass imports"——using more precise and scenario-based technologies to reconstruct the discourse power in the industrial chain.
Especially in industries such as new energy lithium batteries, chemicals, and food and medicine, we help customers reduce waste and improve production efficiency by providing efficient and precise solutions.
Q5：What long-term plans and goals does Lingood Technology have for the future？
In the next five years, we will build three major capabilities：

The first one is 'Survival of the focused'. For the past thirty years, Lingge has been doing only one thing - material handling. Just like a farmer farming, if you cultivate one mu of land deeply, time will reward you.
The second is 'win-win for all'. "Made in China" needs more "hidden champions" rather than zero-sum games. We look forward to working together with our peers to break through core technologies, so that when the world mentions precision manufacturing, Chinese brands come to mind first.
