Including the unloading of various bagged, bulk and solid materials, pneumatic conveying can quickly enter the warehouse and be measured and shipped out according to orders. From the front-end conveying, drying, premixing, loss-in-weight metering, feeding and batching processing to the precise batching (metered addition of additives and liquids) before the entrance of the granulator. For the extrusion end, from cutting, screening, homogenizing, drying to automatic packaging, detection, transportation, palletizing, scanning and warehousing, etc.

At the same time, we also provide various solid material transportation solutions including plastic particles, plastic powder, chemical powder, and building powder (such as cement, carbon black, graphite) for customers who have pneumatic transportation requirements in various industries such as plastic processing, chemical, construction, automobiles, pharmaceuticals, food, and new energy etc.

   

 


 

According to various materials with different characteristics and specific transportation requirements, there are three main pneumatic conveying modes.

Positive pressure dense phase transportation, suitable for large volumes, medium and long distances or special materials transportation.

Positive pressure dilute phase transportation, suitable for simple and fast solutions of short and medium distances transportation.

Negative pressure conveying, suitable for one-to-many or many-to-many automatic metering and feeding solutions in workshops.

     
Advantages of pneumatic conveying

Bulk material unloading

According to different incoming bulk material forms, LinGood can provide targeted and efficient unloading solutions.

◼ Maximum gravity unloading capacity: 100T/h;

◼ Maximum pneumatic unloading capacity: 30T/h.

 

Storage System

Raw materials are transported in bulk and stored in silos, which can save upstream and downstream enterprises packaging costs and labor costs of loading and unloading.

Bulk material unloading and silo storage systems can significantly help companies reduce cost and increase efficiency.

 

Positive pressure dense phase conveying

LinGood positive pressure dense phase conveying technology is suitable for powders with poor air permeability and particle sizes less than 0.1mm. It has ultra-high stability and can meet the needs of large volumes and long distances conveying.

Unique bypass air-saving technology ensures energy-saving advantage.

Continuous transportation can be achieved by connecting the sending devices in parallel or in series. Through pipeline switching, the storage points and feeding points can have multiple cross combinations to form an efficient transportation system. The maximum conveying capacity can reach 100m³/h, and the conveying distance can reach more than 500m.

 

 
 

Positive pressure dilute phase conveying

LinGood positive pressure dilute phase conveying technology can be used to convey various coarse and fine dry powders and granular materials with a particle size less than 10mm;

It is suitable for simple and fast solutions of short and medium distances; it can realize rapid storage of raw materials. Simple structure and low maintenance cost.

Through pipeline switching, the storage points and feeding points can be combined in various ways to form an efficient conveying system.

The maximum conveying capacity can reach 200m³/h, and the conveying distance can reach more than 500m.

 

Negative pressure conveying

LinGood Technology's negative pressure conveying technology can be applied to the conveying of various coarse and fine dry powders and granular materials with a particle size less than 10mm;

It is suitable for short-distance, one-to-many or many-to-many automatic distribution metering and feeding solutions of workshop. It can meet the complex requirements with multiple feeding points.

Through pipeline switching, the suction point and feeding point can be combined in various ways to form an efficient negative pressure conveying system.

The maximum conveying capacity can reach 50m³/h, and the conveying distance can reach more than 200m.
