Features
● The main machine of the twin-screw continuous mixer is composed of two spiral shafts and a mixing cylinder, which are specially designed in a "building block" combination.
● The spiral shaft is composed of spiral elements with different functions, which can be arranged and combined according to the lithium battery formula process.
● The two spiral shafts are tightly meshed and rotate in the same direction. They have the functions of forced transportation, shearing, grinding and dispersion of materials, completing the process of "invasion-wetting-grinding-dispersion". Cleaning screw is very simple and fast.
● The cylinder is equipped with water jacket, which can control slurry temperature through water.
● Equipped with vacuum exhaust system, which can remove gases and bubbles produced by the homogenization process.
● Continuous homogenization, high efficiency and good consistency.
