Error prevention measures for feeding and replenishing materials of silos

During the process of feeding and replenishing materials in the silo, the bar code on the raw material bag must be scanned first, and the corresponding pneumatic lock of the silo will be automatically opened after verification by the system. Otherwise, feeding and replenishing materials will not be operated, which effectively avoiding errors in feeding and replenishing process.

 

Automatic troubleshooting

● During automatic metering and batching process, if a single material exceeds or is less than the set value, the system will record this batch of material as an unqualified product, and will no longer batch for this barrel until the error is corrected. This function can effectively reduce raw material waste.

● During automatic metering and batching process, all single material should be within the set value. The system will re-weigh and compare the value. If it is unqualified, it will be directly eliminated. This function can reduce losses caused by excessive weighing errors based on formulas.

 

Bar code on finished product

After each batch is weighed, the system automatically prints a barcode and attaches it to the formula bag. In the subsequent production process, error prevention control and quality tracing can be carried out.
