According to traditional process, workers weigh the materials in proportion and manually feed them into the mixer. And then mixed materials will be sent into extruder through the feeder. 

Traditional processes present defects such as high dust, high manual labor intensity, harsh working environment, uncontrollable personnel operation, high energy consumption of mixers, easy layering of materials, and uneven feeding, all of which results in unstable products.

LinGood metering and conveying system inputs materials into the feeding station, and the materials are transported to the integrated batching system or replenishment silo through pneumatic or mechanical conveying. The replenishment silo automatically inputs the materials to the loss-in-weight feeder according to the replenishment signal. The loss-in-weight feeder continuously and uniformly feeds the materials into the extruder according to the formula ratio, ultimately achieving the products.
