LinGood provides automated solutions for multiple medical PVC extrusion and granulation production lines. It is a large-scale system project that integrates fully automatic transportation, metering and feeding, proportioning and mixing.

The medical industry has higher requirements for metering and conveying accuracy and equipment stability than other industries, and has higher requirements for the stability, hardness, elasticity, and transparency of the final product.

The entire project includes powder quantitative conveying system (positive pressure dense phase conveying), automatic metering and batching system, additive vacuum conveying system (negative pressure), liquid metering and batching conveying system, and central dust removal system.

The vertical distance of material transportation is 15 meters and the horizontal distance is up to 150 meters, involving dozens of formula materials, powders, and liquids.

This system engineering realizes the fully automatic selection of materials and formulas for each extrusion production line. From planning, design, manufacturing, construction to debugging, all are completed independently by LinGood.

Centralized control system

 

This time, it is required to realize the metering, batching and transportation of several types of powders and more than ten kinds of liquids. It also requires that the transportation flow rate, batching ratio, and extrusion process of the production equipment must have a unified management control system to coordinate each process and achieve seamless connection, to achieve automated manufacturing. 

 

The entire process from batching, mixing, extrusion, pelletizing, homogenization and transportation to the finished product silo is centrally controlled by one control system. It includes multiple sets of automatic metering and batching systems, storage and conveying systems, homogenizing silos, and packaging systems etc.. Each production line is designed with several measuring feeders and over a dozen components.

 

Automated control and data management

 

The project has a large output and many types of materials, and also involves the metering, batching and conveying of a large amount of powders and liquids. Only a high highly automated control system and data-based management can meet customer’s on-site needs. LinGood's centralized control system provides a perfect solution for this customer. 

 

 

Since the project uses a large variety powders and liquids, LinGood specially designed more than ten large liquid storage tanks and several large powder storage tanks for centralized storage and supply of materials, and automatically distributed to each production line.
