Conveying laboratory is specially used for positive pressure pipeline transportation tests of various materials, and is widely used in the powder and granule transportation processes in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, plastic and other industries.
The laboratory is equipped with a series of high-precision and high-performance advanced instruments, including activation feeding station, vacuum feeder, mixing hopper, sending tank, roots blower, manual gate valve, storage bin, dust collector, etc.

The laboratory is composed of electrical control cabinets, conveying pipelines and auxiliary equipment, which form a complete pneumatic conveying system. The pneumatic conveying method is used to transport materials, and the conveying pipelines can be laid out according to the specific situation to achieve centralized, dispersed, large-height, and long-distance conveying. The transportation process is not affected by climate conditions and can ensure that the materials will not get damp, which is conducive to production and environmental protection.

 

Work Scene

During the feeding process of pneumatic conveying system, the sealing valve, air sealing valve, and exhaust valve are opened, and the other valves are closed. The material falls into the silo pump under the action of gravity. When the time reaches the set value, the sealing valve, air sealing valve, and exhaust valve will close to complete the feeding process. The air inlet valve opens automatically, and the compressed air enters the silo pump. After diffusion, it passes through the fluidized bed. While the material is fully fluidized, the air pressure in the silo pump gradually increases. When the pressure of the transmitter reaches a certain value, the pressure transmitter sends a signal, the discharge valve automatically opens, the material on the fluidized bed becomes more fluidized, and the transportation begins. When the materials in the silo pump gradually decreases, and the pressure display gradually falls back. During this process, the materials on the fluidized bed are always fluidized and transported at the same time.

When the material inside the pump finishes transported and the pressure drops to the resistance of the empty pipeline, the inlet valve will close. After a certain time, the outlet valve closes, and the pressurization continues for another 3-5 seconds for cleaning management, and then open the inlet valve to complete a conveying cycle.

 

Working Characteristics

The positive pressure pneumatic conveying system has high working pressure and large conveying capacity. Therefore, long-distance and high-capacity transportation can be achieved. In addition, ultra-long distance transportation can be achieved by using boosters. Since the conveying speed of materials is relatively low, the wear between conveying pipelines and materials is relatively small.

Positive pressure conveying can carry out one-to-many conveying, or multi-points feeding and multi-points discharging, which is easy to design the process. The whole process is transported in sealed pipelines, which is environmentally friendly and pollution-free.
