Work Scene
Lithium battery laboratory generally take pulping process as the main test object. Before start, heating pretreatment of liquid feeders and extruders are carried out. Through material formula, the solid powder and liquid binder are mixed, and the materials will be premixed by high speed mixer. The premixed materials pass through a tank miller. The miller will perform iron removal treatment, and the processed slurry enters the extruder quantitatively in batches through liquid feeders. After screw meshing, shearing, dispersion and mixing, ultimately forming tablet slurry material.
