On September 16, 2023, the 2nd "Insulation, Withstand Voltage, Flame Retardancy and Fire Protection" Technical Conference of EIC and Energy Storage and Cell&PACK Process Planning and Manufacturing Forum (hereinafter referred to as "EIC Technology Conference") came to a successful conclusion in Changzhou, the new energy capital of China.

In order to promote the development and meet the needs of vehicle manufacturer and EIC enterprises of high-quality and high-performance coating factories, and promote the high-quality and sustainable development of coating factories, this technical conference has arranged multiple technical lectures, excellent enterprise exhibition booths, three round table discussions, and one advanced coating training class.

On the morning of Sept. 15th, regarding the theme of this conference, Mr. Guoqi Ning, Senior Project Manager of LinGood Spraying Business Unit, shared a special speech on "UV Insulation Spray Technology and Application of Battery PACK Water Cooled Board".

This is the first time that LinGood has launched a UV spraying solution to meet the insulation needs of new energy battery cells since the establishment of its spraying business unit. It has independently developed digital fluid equipment and solved the technical pain points of low yield and high energy consumption in battery production, achieving another cross-industry technological breakthrough.

With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle market, battery cell insulation is gradually moving towards coating solutions, which has more excellent performance and more efficient construction. UV coating is a new insulation solution for battery cells in recent years.

At the booth, we brought many samples, from the pre-treatment process, spraying process to curing process of UV spraying solutions, which attracted many customers from upstream and downstream.
